To the Point Coach provides:
Online, self-paced courses teaching how to navigate life and retirement after service in the military or emergency response roles
Paid 1:1 coaching sessions delivered via Zoom or similar platforms
3. Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for the chosen services.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are provided unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page for a specific offering.
Coaching Sessions & Missed Appointments
Missed appointments without prior communication or attempts to reschedule are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, you must give reasonable notice (recommended 24 hours).
Repeated no-shows may result in loss of access to services.
5. Course Access
Upon purchase, you receive access to the online course materials for the duration stated at checkout.
You may not share, distribute, or sell course login credentials.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, videos, worksheets, and coaching resources are owned by To the Point Coach.
You may not reproduce, share, or resell any materials without written consent.
7. Disclaimer
Our content and coaching services are for educational and informational purposes only.
We are not legal, medical, psychological, or financial professionals.
You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the Point Coach is not liable for:
Any decisions you make based on our content
Missed appointments

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.

Harass or abuse staff or other participants
